SJ-Recon is Skyjacks division responsible for fully reconditioning Skyjacks Rough Terrain and Electric Scissors in addition to different boom lift models and Skyjack OEMs.
Reconditioning Method
Every Skyjack machinery prior to disassembly will be carefully checked with all safety bulletins and outstanding updates. before being carefully prepped for painting, all weldments are closely checked for any defects.
Skyjack's Recon Division has all of the essential equipment needed to perform a professional, high quality paint job. They offer a complete paint line and oven and a state of the art blasting booth.
Each Skyjack machine put back together based on OEM standards and certain parts are replaced with new ones. The parts that get replaced includes: the hydraulic fluids, 110V outlet, filters and hoses, the main electrical cables and main control and joystick controllers. Furthermore, each unit receives new batteries, tires and battery cables and worn pins and bushings are replaced.
With a rated load capacity of ninety thousand pounds in the 1st and 2nd tiers, the TXLC-974 also offers eighty five thousand pounds load capacity in the 3rd and 4th tiers. These units provide a 97 inch center of load. When at one hundred six inch center of the load, the TXLC-974 capacity is 82,000 pounds in the 1st and 2nd tiers and in the 3rd and 4th tiers it is still rated at 80,000 pounds. Also, the TXTCP-900 offers an ISO and a WTP container rated capacity of 80,000 pounds. This model is capable of 3-high stacking at one hundred ten inch center of load, a 2-high stacking pin-type container capacity of 67,200 pounds at 110 inch center of load. It also offers a trailer handling capacity of ninety thousand pounds at one hundred ten inch center of load.
